Professional Application:  Trust vs. Distrust. Through the reflection of both a personal and professional situation of conflict, I was able to emerge a more comfortable employee in continuing my efforts to meet the demands of my employer. As dynamic change is infiltrating education, the concept of anticipated cooperation is increasingly more essential.

The significance of al the articles and viewing of 12 Angry Men offered me an opportunity to consider my research from a critical view of the integration of technology with education. Additionally,  I was personally reflective  of my own general conflict resolutions both professionally and personally.
