Professional Application: Understand classic, modern, and emergent organizational theories. Significant focus on the Rashomom effect permitted me to serve my school families (parents and students) needs better through fair mediation.

The literature read in this first class of the doctorial process unearthed peer reviewed and non-peer reviewed literture. The level of objective and subjective content while contributing to new knowledge is essentially challenging.
