Professional Application: Transformational change to an organization requires planned change. The need to plan responsibly is essential as Common Core Learning Standards, more rigorous testing, increased fiscal responsibility and new Annual Personnel Performance Review measures are implemented.
Related Literature:
Transforming an organization from "good to great" requires both short term and long term planning to achieve a level 5 leadership. Variables for consideration include the organization, structure, communication, and decision making. Careful planning of these variables will promote effective and efficient desired organizational change.
