9816 Ethical Issues in Organizations

Professional Application: I was questioned what are my moral values and how do they support my educational philosophy. I continue to explore the teachings of Nel Noddings and expect all members of the building to support the education of our students and families through a nurturing environment to create "caring life-long learners."
Related Literature:
Robert Coles originally intended to become a teacher or professor, but as part of his honors thesis, he interviewed the poet and physician William Carlos Williams, who promptly persuaded him to go into medicine. Through his interviewing he learned tremendously about moral codes and values from Dr. Williams. Additionally, Nel Noddings acceptance that the child is educated through whole school involvement.
