Professional Application: Develop an understanding of quality control in establishing valid surveys. The use of a likert scale has been used with my department and building staff to collect information. Additionally, I was tols my introduction should not use my voice, rather lead to my statement.
Related Literature:
Salant and Dillman informed me of the various methods to collect information while this course clarified the nature, expense, and difficulty of survey information collection. Most importantly, I understand the importance of conducting a factor analysis after collecting survey information to validate my instrumentation.
